If it's a 64-count box, eat the red and use the red-orange for lube. Small compromises are acceptable here.

Break out your park tools kickin' boot tool you used on the front derailleur, that will get it to move. Just don't kick as hard, keep it under 5 nm.

If you're going to go all-out with a Silca head, this is the one to splurge on... https://silca.cc/products/hiro-locking-presta-chuck

I was using a cordless inflator and Hiro chuck for a little while. For the most part, it worked pretty well. However, I eventually got intolerant of the noise, and went back to using a floor pump (Silca Terra).

This iPhone 6 is too old to post pictures on bikeforums apparently, but I promise the indicator is a red arrow and if it’s adjustable it’s very stuck. Don’t think it’s adjustable.

Why do you think it points to 90, instead of, say, 42?

Yes, it's very stuck. Any alternative explanation is unlikely, to put it mildly. Grab it (gently) with curved-jaw ChannelLocks or ViceGrips to break it free from the corrosion that's keeping it from rotating.

No.

It could be you are trying to upload the wrong format for the pictures. Try changing it to save as JPEG.

You haven't established a reputation for this sort of statement to mean much.

It makes no sense that there would be a fixed mark at 90 PSI (or any other pressure).

There's like no brand or model information on the pump?

Of course if you inflate to above 90, you know that you must release some pressure somewhere else.
