I've had other riders remark as to how loud my tires are, so I'm gonna go with that.
In my own head, it's the clip on the left pedal that squeaks now and again. It sounds as loud as explosions to me, but I doubt anyone else can even hear it.

I was watching a criterium the other day in a very quiet place and by far the noise was made by tires. The bikes with fairly normal depth rims were much quieter than the one guy who had really deep carbon fiber rims. THey really resonated the tire noise.

What I assume is the chain on crank on my Scott (BB replacement didn't fix the noise from that area that occurs when pedaling)
Shifting or coasting on the Schwinn. Pawls in the freewheel scream coasting, and the bike shifts with a very reassuring THUD.
Probably would say tires on the Miyata and Peugeot. Both are surprisingly silent otherwise.

Saddle. Padded, springy, plastic shell and multiple bits all conspiring to squeak.
Tires are pretty quiet considering the pronounced chevron pattern all terrain tread. On the MUP and in group rides I can hear other tires much louder than mine.

All of my bikes are quiet, except for one. SS Specialized Carve MTB turned commuter/city bike. The drivetrain is silent. The Chris King hubs laced to Stan's Arch EX wheels are not. Only loud when I coast, and I wish that it was louder.

The tools rattling around in my tool bag as I ride on some of the roughest roads known to mankind. Gotta love rural roads in Ohio!
One four-mile long road on my commute borders a large farm. The farm tractor tire left deep impressions in the hot tar/gravel road. 1" deep washboard. Not just once, but everywhere across the entire pavement. He made many trips from the surrounding fields to the house/barn/silos.

I went from 700c to 26 for a while, so I'm really noticing the difference in tire noise.

I call the bike in my avatar the "Retro Racket". It has a Tericycle toothed idler pulley and a Chris King hub. When I ride it I get to choose between pedaling and listening to the idler or coasting and hearing the freehub buzz.
My other recumbent bicycle is a Rans Rocket so I call it the "Retro Rocket". It has a Shimano silent freehub rear wheel that doesn't make any clicking noise at all.

My Chris King rear hub. Sounds like a swarm of angry bees when I coast, but it's not obnoxiously loud like some hubs. Some guy tried to draft me near the end of my ride last Sunday. His hub was friggin' loud. I dialed it up to 400 watts and droped the hamer without ever looking back at his Freddy face

Depends which bike. All of them are IGH equipped, Think there were 9 or 10 at last count, and they all emit different sounds when pedaling.
I have one Shimano Nexus 8 speed, silent, one Shimano alfine, silent, a couple of Rohloffs, near silent, and a bunch of Sturmey Archers which make varying sounds depending on the gear.
The S3X SA fixed gear is silent because there are no pawls present.
The only one I find disagreeable is the Sturmey Archer 8 speed which starts silent in first, but increases the pitch and volume of the swarm of wasps sound as you go up the gears and engage more stages.

My IGH bike has a silent drivetrain. The knobby (cyclocross) tires are loud past 18 MPH or so.
My derailleur bikes generally have non-silent upper jockey wheels. I'm not going to lie and say that they are silent, because in reality, no bike is perfectly silent. Especially derailleur bikes. You can get close, but even with brand new, perfectly adjusted, perfectly lubed bikes, there is still a bit of a helicopter sound. (You may not hear it, but if someone rides beside you, they'll hear it.) The engagement and disengagement of the chain on the jockey wheels is what makes the noise.
My road bike has a metal upper jockey wheel. It's... loud. Eventually you stop trying to make your bike silent and just go ride it.
(The funny thing is, the road bike was quieter when it was super dirty! (When I bought it.) After I cleaned everything very well it got loud.)

My clipless pedals/cleats make a heck of a lot off squeaking noises as I pedal, especially uphill. Ultegra 6800's with the yellow Shimano cleats, Sidi shoes.

Lately I've been noticing a bit of rattling from the handlebars, I believe it's my headlight mount. I've got it tightened down as much as possible but going down a rough road I still hear it giving off a slight noise which kind of sounds like a dull buzz.
But other than that, I guess my brakes would be the noisiest thing since they tend to squeal a bit in the humidity, or especially if they get wet from the morning dew in my yard. My bike tends to be a bit too quiet since I often surprise the morning walkers when I come up behind them. I really need to get a bell.

My road bike is extremely quiet while pedaling, just the low whirling sound from the chain on the derailleur. While coasting the hub does make a bit of a Raquet however.
My MTB is a rattle trap however. The crank creaks, the chain slaps, the front suspensions squeaks. Since this is an older bike I consider these noises charming though. 😁
