She's cute...but look at the frame!
I saw this on Cycle Chic Denmark (harbors a wealth of vintage city bikes) Anyhow I noticed this frame, obvious fixie conversion with temporary fenders installed, thinking it was a very old city bike but then I started to notice the braze-ons. Any Idea what it might be? At first thought a fairly recent hybrid frame but it looks much older.

I'm thinking Frankenbike. The fork doesn't really match the frame, but rather appears to be from a British bike (lamp bracket on the right fork blade for use in traffic driving on the left side of the road). The frame looks fairly generic, but has forged dropouts with a derailleur tab. Fixed gear without brakes or foot retention!

That's definitely not a fixed gear - it's got a coaster brake hub. (Did you really assume a girl like that would ride a fixie as a utility bike to some date in such wheather?)
Looks like a pretty well thought out bike to me: no-frills look, rusted frame, creme tires, coaster hub, chain guard ring on crank, well adjusted bars ...
The frame is what some would call a "Meral type" frame, something you don't see every day. Should have been a nice, sporty ladies bike in it's day, unfortunately now equipped with what seems to be a replacement fork.
And - wouldn't you too "feel uncomfortable" and have such a "horrible posture", if you'd have to (!) ride somewhere in that kind of wheather, with some luggage at that? I would, no doubt.

She looks pretty uncomfortable on it too. Look at that rolled back! Horrible posture!
