Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The way it is looking I'm glad that it isn't a longer TTT.

As far as Saxo, looks like they are about to lose a third rider. Those guys are freaking flying!

They've set the bar high. Let's see how Andy's team responds.

My prediction for today. Garmin-Cervelo will win the stage, and put Thor in the yellow, as short lived as that my be. The Leopard team may loose a little to Saxobank today, but I don't think it will be that much. They could just put Spartacus up front, and suck his wheel the whole time, and go as fast as Saxobank.

Those Saxo boys did ride awful fast. I still think they get beat by one or two teams, but maybe not by so much.

That's old news the boys are on course on their P4s now! Hell Rabobank, might beat Saxo.

Prediction:
Contador makes up major time on the TT and Schlit skips a gear then whines about it that they didn't let him start all over.
discuss

Garmin-Cervelo is doing really well. Though they dropped a guy sadly. Thor looks quite odd in the polka dots...he isnt a stick climber.

My thoughts exactly, at that speed you're going to drop riders. A 6' tall 175lbs climber, lol.

Garmin-Cervelo and Team Sky are the only two teams I care for. All the other teams aren't a bother. I am guessing G-C will finish 2.25 seconds ahead.

Id rather see a Cervelo commercial then Scott...and dont get me started on how crappy that Tacx commercial was.
