Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Black Carbon Zipp cages on both tubes and if you want to keep the bling add red or white cage bolts.

change the bartape first, then decide. also, nonwhite wheels would be better...no silver either.

+1 to almost everything above. Get rid of all the white. Get black cranks. Black cages.

I love that bike and almost bought one, but the LBS and I were a couple hundred $$$ off. Anyway, recommend black cages. Then get black tape and a black seat. Then ditch those heavy wheels and get something in all black with a red hub. Get some black brakes also.

I agree with most of you guys totally going more black, the white tape and seat will be gone eventually once i scuff them up no sense in burning perfectly good tape. As far as the wheels they may last a little while longer just because I wont be able to justify the cost of new ones. My last bike was an 84 schwinn that weighted 34 pounds so I think im going to be happy with the weight for a little while.

as far as the cages do im down to 2 kinda i found off ebay

cheap knock off CF

black and red cages

CF cages, in my opinion, are a complete waste. Cheap plastic ones often weigh less. Plus, nothing says "I like to waste a lot of money on bike bling" than expensive CF cages (even cheap Chinese knock-offs). Plus, naked carbon won't match your painted frame. The plastic black and white one above would look nice.

Black, always black. These are plastic bontrager race lite. Really cheap, 3 years old now, and have NEVER dropped a bottle, even through multiple crashes. They hold the bottle as tight today as they did the day I bought them.

I don't know about white on this bike. The black tape/seat on Yaniels bike looks pretty sweet.

This one! Not expensive, works very well, and will match the bike even if you change the saddle and bar tape color to black. I have these on one bike and would have them on all my road bikes if all my blingy carbon ones break...

Ebay carbon cages. Light, inexpensive (25 shipped for pair), bottle fits snug without having a death grip.

I also like the ebay cf ones. Does anyone know of a matte black cf cage for cheap?

The more white, the more Euro. Also, since there is a bunch of white stuff that came with your bike, going white could be the cheaper option.

Converting everything to black is sweet too. But that sounds like an expensive job.
