Pearl Izumi Difference?
I'm thinking of getting some new bib shorts since my Cannondale's are getting worn down some, and the Gordiana's are team kit shorts. Right now it's between the Pearl Izumi Aerosensor or Microsensor (unless my shop can get me some Assos). But my questions is; besides the "aero" factor, what's the difference between the two? If it's just aero, then I don't care, but on their site I didn't see anytihng too compelling telling me to buy the Aerosensor for improved comfort.
Also, will any shop be able to order Assos clothing, or do I have to order online?

if you're going to order Assos online, get them from euromike on ebay, if he has the style that you're looking for. he has the best prices, and comes highly recommended, considering his feedback is at 100% with over 4,400 positives!

I think the Aerosensor is supposed to wick slightly differently, and the pad is slightly different as well.
I love my microsensor bibs, got them on ebay from tedshemeyers buy-it-now for 89, new with the tags on and was happy with the transaction.

The difference between models is the material itself along with the chamois. I personally don't care for the chamois in PI shorts at all. I recommend that you go for the Assos. You hear about a 25%-30% disatisfaction rate with PI shorts (totally scientific number with total backing BTW), but I have yet to hear a credible Assos complaint.

BTW, just checked... the aerosensors have the same chamois as the micros, and have microsensor fabric on the side panels, with "aerosensor" fabric on the front and back panel.

Okay, I unfortunately have to order through my bike shop with no discount because I get *****ed out and lectured every time I order with a credit card online, and I've got about $10 in PayPal.
