Basso Track authenticity

Would anyone have doubts about whether this is a real Basso?

Pretty bike. No Basso regalia... None of the Basso vintage pistas I have seen had cut-out lugs...nor scalloped stays.

Not an expert by any means, but I am leaning not a Basso.

i concur, for the same reasons laid out by Jdawg. Nothing but decals, which is one reason big "Names" started stamping steel frames all over. Looks pretty, is that a seam on the bb? not the end of the world, but a little surprising, if it is.
