so I received the new basket last week and put it on my bike right away.
I was just riding around the block when I recognized that it was not all straight and even, actually there is a design flaw on this basket.
I would like to return it for a full refund.
As it is a design or maufacturing defect I dont suppose I have to pay the freight back to you and hope you will issue a ups pick up notice.
Of course I have to buy a new carton and expect my labour to re pack it to be reimburst as well.
sincerely

Mr. Rock

Dear Mr. Rock,

I'm sorry that the basket did not meet your product expectations but no way Jose are you getting a refund. You rode with it around the block and so it is considered used merchandise. Therefore, I cannot ethically sell it to another non life form, unless they come from Canada.

Perhaps if you were the size and weight of a pebble, it would not have warped. You must admit that you're as heavy as a ....well....rock.

Also, was it installed by your LBS since you have no hands, no feet, no legs and obviously no brain?

If not, than this is one more reason why you're not getting any dirs. since the installation and not the product, may have been at fault.

Yours truly,

thor

Wow that Thor sure has great customer service! Did he also sell Mr Rock the bike, without checking he could reach the handlebars so that he wouldn't fall off the saddle and get wedged in the basket? I smell a lawsuit
