super team has rim brake wheels with an alloy brake surface now…………. Say What?!
too bad they are much heavier than what I want.
Foam rolling is completed. Getting ready for sprint training tomorrow. Should be interesting since my legs are dead.

I am the one in the grey ATC Racing singlet. Black shoes with green laces, though it's likely the one you mean. Definitely poofy in the midsection.
Also, haven't seen the south side of 170 since the crash, so it's not just in my head. Solid 10lbs over my old running weight, but right now emphasizing being fueled enough to try to get fitness back and not dropping weight and getting cranky.
TP Fitness today is 57, which is the highest it's been since the crash. Also very low. I could probably get it higher faster if that were my #1 goal, but that would mean more trainer and less running and walking. And with the long-term goal of more running races, those are more important. Functionally, I think the issue is that TSS doesn't track the effect of the pounding of running and all the extra stabilizing muscle effort.

Just yanking your chain. If you think you look pudgy then I must be morbidly obese.

Need/want. Figure of speech. But of course I've seen it throughout. When I was getting back into cycling after a ten year lay-off, it was the fixie craze of the mid 90s. All these 40 somethings just HAD to have a fixie. It was sad to watch. It still is.

I can review that Gunnar.
Funny thing about that jersey, kinda bought it by mistake when I was looking to add a winter jersey and it is actually too light for the coldest weather but it's perfect for 40-60 degrees with base and vest, as needed. It's my favorite jersey and you've probably seen it in other pictures. I'll be upset when I have to retire it. If I could get another of the same material I would, but it's a crap shoot.
