Broken plate on Ultegra 6600 RD

I have a broken plate attaching the rear derailleur wire, Shimano Ultegra 6600. I learned from an online store that Shimano no longer carries such spare parts for this group. Does anyone know of a part that can fit from other groupsets which still is for sale? The part is 7, no Y-5VG98050, see attachment with parts list.

If you still have the bolt, a small washer will substitute just fine.

And the bolt is M5x8 which any decent hardware store should stock

The work-arounds suggested above will do fine but if you really want an OEM replacement, try an older bike shop or bike co-op. They often have boxes of small parts salvaged from trashed or broken derailleurs and a bit of searching should get you what you need at almost no cost.

I would be surprised if the same part on the current Claris derailleur didn't work:

i keep a collection of those clamp plates...and a bin of "Parts derailleurs" too. i operate a small co-op...Most "LBS" shops keep a selection of them around too...sometimes, the mechanics stash them in their tool boxes....

if you go the washer route, select a thicker washer, if available.
