I’m helping my neighbor clean up her old Holdsworth 10-speed. She had the frame powder coated the original color which is turquoise but all the logos are gone except the headbadge. Serial number appears to be 35023. I believe it’s from 1971. Would anyone here be able to help identify what model of Holdsworth it is so we can get the correct logos back on?

No eyelets on the dropouts, looks like wrap-around treatment of the tops of the seat-stays, Campy components (assuming they're original)... My guess is a Professional. When sold as complete bikes they were usually orange with 'kingfisher blue' panels with Holdsworth on the top and down tubes, but if ordered as a frameset could be had in other colors. That's an interesting color- I've got a '79 Holdsworth Pro that had been repainted at some point before I bought it a couple years ago. The repaint-job was in bad shape, so I stripped it. It appeared to have been stripped before, for the repaint, but there were a couple small spots that had a very similar turquoise color and I've wondered if that could've been one of the colors Holdsworth offered on frame sets.

I have a 1972 built Holdsworth. Wrap around stays at the seat lug, and the only 2 braze-ons are on the driveside chainstay. Did the owner powder coat over chrome?

Catalog for 1971 indicates the Pro had 73° angles both head and seat tubes. Pictures can be deceiving but the one above does not appear to be parallel tube angles.

For starters, I would've recommended applying some rust remover on various components during the powder coating process.
Maybe she likes the patina. lol For Pete's Sake, at least some new bar tape.

another with wrap-over stays and the full-sloping fork crown with Campy ends was the Super Mistral, but those usually had Prugnat headlugs. So it could be some kind of Pro that didn't get the usual Team livery paint

I read someone say in another forum that the Mistral had the Nuovo Record rear derailleur. This bike has this derailleur.

I believe the Super Mistral also (usually) had fender eyelets on the DOs... Though there do seem to be enough instances in the old Holdsworth catalogs/brochures indicating frames could be ordered with various additional braze-ons or other modifications that it's always possible it initially had some customization.

When you determine the model, H Lloyd has many Holdsworth decals to choose from. I ordered decals for my Evans from them last year and it only took around 10 days to receive them.

Lugs and rear derailleur stop looks very similar to my '72 Professional. I am curious whether there is chrome under the powder coat where mine has chrome.

I asked her to go through any old photos that may just have the bike in the background and she found none.

I didn’t know her before she had it resprayed. She used it for over a decade after. I have de-rusted all components and new bar tape and brake lever hoods are waiting upon reassembly once I get the correct logos back on the frame.

Apparently, the only difference in the original paint before was that it had a candy or pearl in it. As far as I know, there was no chrome before.
The seat post and wrap around stays are identical to that of the Pro Road Frame in the Pro71.jpg link you posted. Thanks for the info.

...there was a model in the early 80's catalog that came in "ice blue pearl" color. It was called the "Elan". I've personally never seen a Pro that wasn't orange. I would say don't obsess too much about the correct stickers, because it's already powder coated a different color than original. I redid am Orange Pro some yeas back, and I got my decals from H LLoyd. But the Pro decals would not look good on that bike.

Check the linked page for something that will look better against that background color, that says "Holdsworth". You can use a generic "Holdsworth" downtube sticker.
