What brakes do you have? What did you when you removed the wheel? When did you last bleed your brakes? What fluid is in them? Have you had the bike upside down or in some position that air could get in the lines?... Give us some useful info!

Was the wheel reinstalled with the disc on the wrong side?

Hi sir, thanks for your interest.
Sorry , i am not so experienced with bike mechanics .
What do you mean exactly when you ask me , what brakes i have. I have a Kona DEW PLUS bicycle.
What i did when i remove my wheel ???
Bleed, what means ths term ?
yes , it was,upside down.
It was upside down , and i try push the brakes away from eachother, i thought it was very close and make screaming noise.
After that, i put the wheel back on and , no brakes at all.

Take it too a shop, let them handle it. A bike shouldn't be upside down and especially you shouldn't pull levers will upside down, you can introduce air into the lines which can cause problems. If your local shop has any sort of basic knowledge classes they might be willing to let you in on that will help. If answering basic questions is a tough thing your local shop can help. They will make it easier so you don't have to worry. Anytime you have a problem they are there to help with it. Keep your bike upright and don't pull a hydraulic lever without the rotor or a proper pad spacer there and if you wish to learn more and your local shop doesn't do classes (which is not uncommon) Park Tool has some excellent videos on their website or utoobs to learn all sorts of stuff and there are also other videos.

Fixed. Art's Cyclery also has some good videos, both on their site and on YouTube.

I prefer the utoobs personally I like a lot of flashing Chinese characters and probably triple X webcam footage I don't recommend actually going to utoobs (dOt) com it is probably riddled with viri or is it viruses?
