2020 Trek Powerfly motor securing bolts
Does anyone know what the torque setting is for the Performance CX motor securing bolts?
Also, can anyone confirm if these are T40 Torx Plus bolts?

I have seen this document but the motor mounting bolts are not listed on it. There is certainly nothing that matches a T40Plus bolt.

It's been awhile since I took one apart, but I think the top two items on that list are the mounting hardware.
The top item listed as "drive unit on the frame interface" is the bolts that secure the entire assembly to the frame.
The next item listed as " assembly plate on drive unit" is basically a mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is attached to the frame, and the motor is sandwiched in the middle and attached with that second set of bolts.
It's possible they have changed them, but I'm pretty sure that chart is accurate, including the type of bolts. I remember doing the self tapping bolts as we had a brand new warranty motor that needing swapping in.

They are T40+ or IP. Unfortunately I cannot remember the exact torque specs at this time but if I remember I will double check with our rep when I see him next weekend.

I'm wanting to access the derailleur cable on my Trek Powerfly FS7.
I've got the bike upside down, removed the protection plate under the motor and removed the 6 motor mounting bolts. Should the motor now just come out. It's loose but doesn't seem to want to come. I don't want to be too rough in case there is something else I have to do first?
I presume the electrics are only accessible for disconnection once the motor is removed from the bike?
