chain cases?

I was wondering if anyone made an aftermarket chain case. I've commuted in the rain almost daily for the past couple of weeks and am growing tired of the grit and dry chain noise I have by the end of the day. My bike is a Giant Seek 0 which has an internal 8 speed hub so the derailleur isn't a problem. I have fenders but they're not enough to keep the chain even remotely clean & dry for the 10mi ride. I've noticed that many of the European city bikes seem to have these to fully enclose the chain.

You're supposed to clean the chain? Mine's all gritty and dirty from mud and road grit.

here are some, the hebie chainglider seems to be held in high esteem. I have a crackpot idea of using a wide piece of clear vinyl hosing somehow fashioned into a homemade chainglider, but I have yet to find any suitable scrap to play with... I have also thought about brazing one myself but haven't really got around to it yet.

Available here: https://clevercycles.com/product-sear...?xls-s=hebie#_
or from several European sources.

Haven't used one, so I can't offer any feedback.
