Just picked up a very lightly used 2010 Felt AR1 56cm with not a mark on it.
Weighed immediately:
Frame including hanger :1250g
Fork: 371g with scope to trim a few more cm
Headset: 51g
Seatpost: 207g
Seat collar:26g
Already ordered a set of Ritchey WCS Evolution SL's bars from XXCycle.com. Will slowly build up when I find a good deal on the other required parts.
Not the lightest, but still has a BSA BB so will move over my SRM professional cranks and KCNC brakes from the Wilier. Also want to use my old Zipp 404s on the new bike as my race wheels, but still haven't got a definite answer that 11 speed Campagnolo fits on this version Zipp hub (202 model prior to the 182).

well...fit's the most important thing - doesn't matter how cool it looks or stiff and light it is if you're not comfortable wearing it. Good luck

About a week ago I picked up some of the new style Performance Ultra bibs.
They are a great value. Every bit as comfortable as PI P.R.O bibs. If they prove to be durable, they are they best bibs available under $100.

Not a biking purchase per se, but I received my Pebble watch and love using it as a riding watch. It'll buzz and show texts and incoming caller ID while my iPhone is in a ziploc bag in a jersey pocket. It's very lightweight and comfortable, and easy to forget I'm wearing it. Otherwise I normally wear a Breitling Aerospace while riding. The SDK isn't available yet, so a lot of what they show is still proof of concept.

Continuing the "comfort saddle quest" in a non weight weenie direction this time. Prologo Scratch Nack (nice to see one of their products within 5 grams of advertised weight):

Couple of Louis Garneau Genesis jerseys that went on sale for $25 on Nashbar today - one in high-vis yellow, and one in high-vis orange. And a simple Nashbar multi-tool.
