I manage my addiction very well, IMHO. My two espresso rule, one in the AM and one after lunch, is ironclad. I have occasionally missed an afternoon pull for whatever reason, and I have no withdrawal side effects at all. Regardless, and the docs can correct me if I’m wrong, but a little caffeine has some good effects.
For the record, I abused coffee for at least 50 years and after a heavy week of usage, would experience palpitations, anxiety, headaches, etc. My cardiologist convinced me to cut back and I’m happy that I did.

I learned yesterday that, after his blood tests last week. There is no longer any sign of leukemia in my father's blood. And that if/when it returns, due to something in his red platelets they gave a different treatment they can use other than chemo.
He's aged 15 years in the last year. He looks old now. I am amazed he is still here to be honest, tough old bugger. He is still getting used to his hip. There's a slight limp. So now monthly blood tests, that's all.
Mom goes in for shoulder surgery Feb 2nd....the hits just keep coming...
Thank you all for the well wishes, prayers, warm thoughts.

My mom called to ask if we would go see them as my dad is declining pretty quickly.
Tough to watch.

Well, I wouldn't admit to wearing a puffy shirt either, but . . . .

Trust me, it’s not worth riding outside. I need a support group after what I went through this morning.

I have a set of Bose 901s from the early 1980’s. Not sure if they are worth much though. Still sound fine.

even 201’s and 301’s move quickly when priced reasonably
