Help identifying manufacturer of Performance frame

I

picked this frame up for $10 yesterday and the guy threw in a old biplane stumpjumper fork for an extra $10. The frame is made of True Temper OX Ultra 2 tubing. I've seen before that these frames were made by either Bridgestone,Miyata or Panasonic but can't find any info now. I want to get new frame decals for it and was hoping someone would point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.

The serial number is consistent with KHS of Taiwan.
The first digit 2 is the year of frame manufacture, 1992 . The next two digits 12 is the month of manufacture, December. So a 1993 model year.

I have seen a Performance 1993 catalogue. There were two versions of the M103, one with front suspension and one without. Shimano XTR components.

Thank you. I've done a bit of research since posting and found that the WSI imported bikes(Diamondback/Centurion)also have the same serial format. KHS adds a new twist. Maybe all made by the same manufacturer?
