Can someone confirm these are Shimano Adamas ADX brakes?

I'm pretty sure these are Shimano Adama ADX brakes (off an old Bianchi donated to the community bike shop I volunteer at).
Kool Stop appears to still make replacement pads so searching for a vendor but wanted to check in to make sure to avoid disappointment.

These things are gorgeous...

Here's the side view. The triangular "actuator" that attaches to the cable is not shown.

YEP Your ID is correct .
The correct pads have a slot in them for that plate in the arm .

Thanks for the information, I'd never buy this type of brake but it's just good to know that new pads are available.

I can confirm that the KoolStop replacement pads also work in the Dura Ace AX (and I assume the 600 AX) version of these calipers as well. The pink salmon is just peeking out along the rim.
