Many years ago I had the long-cage Jubilee on a bike.

I'd nominate just about any of the ornate parts that Curtis Odom makes (modifies?) for show bikes.
Here's a hub of his on a Cherubim Pista bike at the 2015 NAHBS in Louisville....

Early Campagnolo Panto levers from Greg Softley
Panto chainrings from Greg Sftley mounted on an Ambrosio cut out crank for that "Mexico" look!
I now have the pantographed early Cinelli stem as well , sorry no pics yet. Next will be the seat post!! Joe
This, prior to cleaning and installing. It is on the bike now but no recent pics

I have one of those model of Maxy cranks. Not sure I will ever use it but they are pretty cool, even without the extra bling.

really enjoyed this thread. Some great stuff that they don't make any more. One of my faves that was not mentioned was these TA Carmina cranks. In my opinion the best square taper cranks ever made. they have a unique spider, splined attachment with lock ring, so you can run double, triple, and a variety of BCDs just by swapping the spider. There are 2 versions of these, the later version had a cracking problem because of a sharp edge on the backside milling. These are early type, no problems with them, and I'm running XTR titanium crank bolts and ebay titanium chainring bolts. Pretty cool and not common.

I'm really a first gen Superbe owner, but the first round of Superbe Pro, with the satin finish on the rear derailleur, was a lovely group:
Shift levers always looked too slippery for my liking.
The Ofmega Mistral crankset was very period specific but really remarkable:

Clipless pedals in general IMO look awful, but at least are practically invisible with shoes clipped into them. Though these aren't made anymore, technically I don't think their production run years are in 'vintage/classic' territory (yet), but of all the clipless I think they're the best looking and somehow aren't aesthetic egregious on a vintage ride.....

Simplex Super LJ 6600 ensemble…
Stronglight mod. 107 crankset…
Mafac “Course Perforee” levers
Alex Singer custom stem….It is 112 mm…just because..
Mafac LS brakes
Specialites TA Alize (mk. 1) crankset
Specialites TA Tevano crankset
Specialites TA Tevano crankset. At a quick glance or from a distance easily mistaken for Campagnolo Super Record, but it is much slimmer…

If I were to find a Stronglight 107 crankset like that an entire 531SL Peugeot would eventually grow from it…
