They say they’ve supported the London to Brighton bike ride for seven years. That’s hard to do when you’ve just launched your web site the same month.

Also, why would their crypto prices be lower than their other payment methods? It’s almost like crypto payments aren’t refundable and they could take your money and run.

I’d keep my money and run from that site.

I suspect this thread was an attempt to reel in some fish. Good job, guys.

I can't imagine any reputable shop would be taking cryptocurrencies either given how much they fluctuate.

Their address also seems to be a mail box in London with 900 other businesses, so there's no indication that they could even carry stock.

I definitely think this was part of the scam, the site doesn't appear in the first few pages of a search for Brompton bikes (if it's there at all), and the OP would have had to skip over many reputable shops with stock first.

Just another Shopify scam site. I emailed them about a similar one last year. They finally shut it down, but they weren’t in any hurry.

Apply this test and see how they score.

Phone Number: Is there a phone number prominently displayed on their home page. Red Flag if there is not.

Address: Do they have a physical address posted? If not Red Flag. If they do have an address, what does it look like on Google street view or satellite map? Red Flag if it doesn't look like a business.

Inventory: Do they have a lot of hard to find stuff or too good to be true pricing? Red Flag if they do.

Business History: When you Google the business name with the words review and complaint, what do you find? Little footprint or a lot of negative reviews or BBB complaints is a red flag.

Payment Method: Crypto, Venmo, Pay Pal friends and family only? Red Flag.

Site Language: Do you notice language errors or irregularities? Red Flag if there are errors and oddities.

It is simple if you have had to ask this question it is not trustable. You already had doubts so why even bother.

Find a local shop that sells Brompton and get support and service from them and don't bother with having to trust a website.
