Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

40F and rainy all day. Snow began in the late afternoon. We'll probably get a couple of inches over night.

Sometimes more, sometimes less. Tires with tubes, 2 or 3 weeks drop from 80 to 20 or less.

No snow. Applied fertilizer and a pre-emergent today to the lawns. Spring is upon us!

I am thinking he won’t be riding for 6-8 weeks.
I think we are all getting a little old for this crashing stuff. So knock it off people!

Also - get a bigger monitor and some speakers! Way more immersive. Some people use a TV. I use a curved gaming monitor that is about 3' from my face.
I use a small 24 inch flat-screen on an old mechanics stand with apple TV. So far so good. But if Crapple raises thier prices again I'll go back to a laptop.

Ironically, I'm sitting at my mechanic's shop waiting for them to swap in the summer season wheels/tires on the SportWagen.

They go in the garage. I bought a set of wheels for one of the cars so I could just swap them at home.

BITD, when cars had cheap steel wheels and hubcaps instead of alloy wheels, I think most folks who lived in snowy areas had their snow tires on a spare set of wheels. I know my folks did. My Dad took advantage of my desire to drive by "letting me" back the cars out of the garage and switch the tires.
