Comes with pedal rubber o-rings to prevent scratches to the carbon crank arms. Integrated bottom bracket and large "external" bearings. Pick up spikes for smooth shifting can be seen on photo. Same technology as 7800 Dura Ace crank.

Have: Cannondale Caad 9 Frameset fork and Headset 54cm Mint condition,less than 2 months old. This comes with the 'Perimum Fork' not the slice. I would say that is it new, but but I put a few miles on it before I realized that it was to stiff for me. It's a very responsive frame that climbs up hills like they are flat.

I will pay the shipping to get all the VHS tapes to you. You will agree, at minimum, to convert the VHS tapes to standard DVD video format and send me copies of the DVDs at your cost.

It would be great if whomever takes these tapes and converts them also puts some time into editing together the footage rather than simpling duping over the exact VHS recordings to DVDs.
