Bikes: A Blue One and 2 Green One's, then there's the Yellow one. And oh, yeah, a Black One. Did I mention the Red One?

1972 Miyata Pro - Actual Team Race Bike.

I work at the Des Moines Bike Collective.
Before I showed up, stuff like this was scrapped. Since then, we now have a few nice old frames hanging and I sell stuff in a few places on the net.
Everything in the shop is donated, including this.
An older gentleman gave us this and said it was a team bike in the 70s. Last ridden in the 90s and has been stacked and kicked around since then.
Thats about all we know.
Wheels on it are 27" trainers. Rear is a Campy Tipo hub, Sun rim. Front is a Sanshin SB hub replacement, Mavic rim.
- Cinelli 1A/ mod. Giro de Italia stem and bars
- Shogun Headbadge
- Double butted chro-mo frame
- 72' NR Campy derailleurs
- Strada crank 170mm arms. Factory drillium rings
- Universal braking. Notice RH lever is jacked up a bit
- Headset is F.T. Bologna speciali corsa
- 26.6 SR Royal seatpost
- Silca/Campy air pump comes with it. Not pictured
- 1st generation Dura Ace shifters
- 23 pounds +/- as pic'd

@macstuff Confusingly there are (at least) 2 sale threads on the BF. This bike would do better in the C&V sales section. Curious how the bike ended up with a Shogun head badge?

Is it one size fits all?

The PO must have been confused. This is an early 80s Miyata, not an early 70s.

+1 on it being from the early 1980's.
I don't think those are 27" wheels, most likely 700c. But that's a common error.
Robvolz is correct - the more important data value is the frame size. Looks to be at least 58cm, likely more.
3 month old thread, it's probably sold.
