Question for anyone who rides around Asheville
I'm visiting Asheville this weekend (Weaverville) and found this route and was thinking about riding it solo Saturday.
Would it be safe/fun? Or will there be a bunch of impatient drivers this time of year that will make me anxious? I don't ride much in the hills.

Rain in forecast, so might be moot.

I've not ridden on Reem's Creek Rd, but the rest of that loop is fine, depending on the time of day. Asheville is pretty dead before 10am, so if you hit it before then you'll be okay.

If your fit and the weather holds up - jump right on the BRP and head up to Mt Micthell. Highest peak on the east coast and an epic bike ride.

I've had my sights on that ride one too. My daughter lives in Asheville, so it might just be a matter of time before I make an attempt at Mount Mitchell.
