i love the way this cargo bike looks!
yup, while spending my "shelter in place" time dreaming about compactish cargo bikes- this image came up but no information about the bike- only about the actress....but what about the bike!?!?

Never seen one of those before. To me, that doesn't look like the best solution; the center of gravity is pretty high for that cargo volume. For not much more length, you can get a much larger volume and a lower CoG, like this one:

Probably made in Holland/Netherlands since Famke is Dutch. Her other bike is an Azor Umafiets, a typical Dutch upright city bike.

Not a bike I would ever want. That front load is super high off the ground meaning a very unstable ride. Plenty of quality and also cheap not so good but slightly better set up front load bikes.

That's made by Fietsfabriek. She got it at Rolling Orange in Brooklyn about 6 years ago.

It's not going to work as well as a bakfiets for capacity or weight but it carries more of both than a standard bicycle and is easier to maneuver than a bakfiets - it fills a nice middle space. I don't know that I'd want to carry 200lbs of potatoes in one but several bags of groceries works well. Keep in mind that it's slightly lower than a typical front or rear rack. It can hold more than panniers and I prefer the weight in the front than hanging off the back in panniers.

That is such a weird frame. It is like a recumbent that was converted to upright. Look at that steering mechanism.
I have occasionally thought about a cargo recumbent bicycle with an electric motor built into it. Great thing about electric bikes is with pedaling you can greatly extend range.

...oh, and I put in a Nexus 7 speed hub into an original NOS 23 rim with beefy work-bike spokes....that helps push the load! Original was a three speed.... Once I learned that SCO the 23" wheel was a moped size, I could get replacement tubes and tires. I imported the bike from Denmark about 25 years ago...it got stuck in Customs as the US Gov't taxes on even sized wheels...so they didn't like the 23" wheel...and were even more annoyed by the SMALLER 20" wheel on the front...they asked it were a tricycle...no, it has two wheels not three....I suggested the agent tax me on a 24" wheel, but he stated I would be over taxed...so I suggested the even sized 20"... no I would be under taxed. So, I sent a batch of chocolate chip cookies to the shipping dock, agaent and asked if they could help me. The bike in its crated showed up at my garage a week later unexpected.
