Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Soma "Hellyer" Crankset

I just got this crankset and its really nice, looks great and plenty stiff and beefy.
However, their recomendation of 110mm BB is way wrong. 103 mm gives a 42mm chainline. I emailed them about this and got no response nor have they changed the website. Just thought I would post this for anyone thinking of getting one to save you the time and money of gettin the wrong BB. Great crankset though. Looks awesome.

They really overcharge for rebranded andels and their own chainwheel. That is if you paid the msrp.....

And theres been lots of speculation as to which bb spindle length to use with which ever version of the forging they use. Good to know that the 103mm spindle length works for the old forging version, though.
