Araya raised washers eyelets

Hi! Currently putting together a njs build. I recently got some old Araya 16B over Internet. I wanted a NJS wheels but I’m not planning to ride them daily and hard since I also have a set of modern clinchers that I can use. Upon close inspection, I can see some washers/eyelets that are tiny bit raised from the rim. should I be worried?

Hard to say sight-unseen but as a professional wheel builder, I probably wouldn't mess with them. Why didn't you just buy brand new Araya 16B rims?

Thx for the reply. Wanted to post photos but can’t add attachment.
They looked absolutely clean in photos and they came already laced to nice hubs.

That’s the same spoke view from both side. It’s probably the worst and the macro photo make it look bigger than my eyes.

was wondering if I could still add few easy km on them or fix them somehow.

That rim is trash. Increasing the spoke tension will make it worse.
