I'm riding an old Trek 1220 still stock with Shimano RSX components (Do they even make those any more?). The only things that I have changed on it are bar tape, tubes, and tires. I added clipless pedals and the necessities like a bike bag and frame pump. It does alright until I can talk the Mrs. into something a little better. :-)

I'm riding a Raleigh Fervent,
I've posted a pic below :
Borrowed these specs off the raleigh web site:
Colour: Olive/Silver
Frame: 7005 light Octoval Alloy
Wheel Size: 26"
Wheels: Alloy rims with quick release hubs
No. of Gears: 21Spd
Gear Set: Shimano CO50 + CI Deck
Fork: Suntour XCC-D alloy suspension
Brakes: Disc brake front with linear V-Brake rear.
Avenir race saddle
Integrated Aheadset
Front loading stem
I only got it on Thursday of last week but I love it too pieces. I've had Raleigh bikes before when I was younger (about 14, I'm 22 now) but this is the best I've ever had.

I put a pic of the MTB in the mountain bike section of the forums, but I'll throw description in here as well because so much has changed from the picture.
My MTB:
'00 Schwinn Moab 3 - Not very stock
-XTR levers/V's
-XT shifters
-M536 clipless
-Rhyno Lite rear wheel to take the technical trails around here
-Michelin XL rear/IRC Mythos front
-ODI Rouge Lock-on grips
-Shimano carbon fiber brake booster front and rear (difference noticed on the back, only slight on the front)
-Thomson Elite seatpost (only one I'll ever buy again)
-Selle San Marco RaceGel saddle (cheap, but comfortable for me)
-Avid Rollamajig on an Lx rear der/Deore front der/Truvativ Firex XL cranks
-SRAM PC-69 with Powerlink
-NOT from *Mart.
Fo the Road:
Lemond Nevada City - Almost completely stock except for a pair of 515's, which I plan on quickly replacing with some road pedals and road shoes when I start getting the paychecks from the new job. The 515's let me use my mountain shoes on the road bike because I couldn't afford a complete road setup with shoes/pedals. The bike has worked out great for training for mountain biking. I notice a big endurance boost.

I just got this bike together this year. Frame is by Van Dessel, made for 29" MTB tires. I have a White Bros. CX-1 fork carrying an Alex TD-17 laced 32 to a King ISO disc hub. Stopping duties up front are handled by an Avid mech caliper on a 180mm rotor activated by Avid Speed dials. Cane Creek took care of the headset and Thudbuster seatpost. Drivetrain is a Rohloff Speedhub, which is an internally geared 14 speed setup with the same range as a 27 speed Shimano drivetrain. I love this thing. This wheel gets stopped by another Avid mech + Speed dial on a 160mm rotor. Cranks by Ritchey and pedals are Shimano 747s. I've got a Cannondale CAAD 4 with XT, XTR, Raceface, Spinergy, etc. that has been relegated to the trainer since I got the new bike. Also one old Schwinn (early '80s?) 12 speed with 27" wheels that a buddy gave me. I'm gonna upgrade it a piece at a time, then put all the good stuff on a Surly Crosscheck frame.

I just got a new bike. It is a Fuji Cross bike '03. It has 105 components but I swapped out the cassette in the back for an 11-34, this meant that I also changed the rear derailer to a XT. The bike is great and in the picture 7 hours old.

Being newly divorced in 2001 allowed for me to make my return to road cycling. I got a 2002 Litespeed Arenberg outfitted w/Dura Ace and Ultegra mix, and I just recently received my red 2003 Hampsten Ultralight w/ Campy Chorus. Love them both like they were my own blood.

Finally, my new Kirk! I'm still sorting out bars and stems, so no bar-tape yet. Hopefully everything will be done soon, a 200-mile, three mountain pass ride coming in a week. Yikes!
