Widest Handlebars other than Zinn/Nitto?

Anyone make 48-50cm 31.8mm clamp size handlebars besides Zinn?

Depends on where you measure and what you want. Some bar models/makers (Salsa to name one but others as well) measure width at the lever hoods, so with the 12* (or so) flair on the drops they measure well over 50cm(example 46cm Salsa cow chipper). Shims are also available for fitting a smaller diameter bar into a 31.6 stem

Are you looking for drop bars or upright bars?

There are quite a few options for wide upright bars. I've got a set on a frame that I bought that is about 30" wide, but alas, for a 26mm stem, I think.
