Damn in 5 months I turn 60. Although I plan on retiring in a couple months. So is there a 60+ forum or lets keep it at 50+

That depends. Is 60 the new 50?

I believe the + means all inclusive. Besides, since you are a cyclist your fitness and relative health probably makes you comparable to a 50 or 45 year old.

Being in my mid 60s, I have not found any issues or challenges specific to 60 that I did or didn’t have in my fifties, so rest easy. It’s just a number.

Even at 100 you are still 50+. Stay on the bike. My blood pressure last week was 110 over 70, the same as when I was 18. I wish cycling was as good for my hair as it seems to be for the rest of me.

I turned 60 almost four months ago. There's nothing in this forum that makes me feel like I shouldn't be here.

Keep riding and I hope we both can still be posting when we're in our 90s.
