How to remove axles from modern Hubsmith hubs

I have purchased a pair of SMC 16" 305 Carbon Rims & Wheels having 74mm OLD hubsmith hubs and need to replace the original axles with longer axles for a custom build project.

I have attempted to upload a jpg image but keep getting an alert something about all files inline. After a few attempts at resizing (down) the images has failed, I gave up.

I am a total nube regarding modern hubs and don't want to make any foolish mistakes in an uneducated attempt at removing the axles.

Any advice, perhaps recommended YouTube videos, is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Update

Change of plans: I'll not be removing the axles after all. Thanks for your help Paul.
