Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I like the VISP (VIP with a lisp?). I'm not to happy with the curved seat tube, tribal decals are okay. Don't punch me in the face, or I'll give you such a pinch. Maybe I will buy one-hmm, black or white?

I like that this was resurrected since I didn't catch it when it was current. I want an Earbeard.

Dave the moderator over on roadbikereview fg/ss forum just built-up one of those triple triangle visps, you ought to check out his thread if you are really interested in them. without the tribal decals it does not look half-bad...

Someone is selling one locally.

56 cm GT GTB Frameset - $600 (Rocklin)

Date: 2012-01-30, 10:07PM PST
Reply to: sale-uamvu-2826976144@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]

I'm looking to sell a 56 cm GT GTB frame. Included also is:
- Oswald Cycle Works fork (threadless; drilled for brake)
- GT fork (threaded; with rack/fender braze-ons; drilled for brake)
- Cane Creek C2 threadless headset
- Mavic threaded headset
- Hatta threaded headset
- 3T stem (1-1/8" x 10° x 130 mm x 26 mm)

Frame is in fair condition, with usual wear and tear. A few marks worth mentioning however are two very small dents on the seat-tube (the first half way up, non-drive side; the other on the rear of the tube, nearly invisible), a small paint chip on the top-tube near the head-tube (drive side), and a few paint chips on the Oswald fork above the dropouts.

Get ahold of me through email if you're interested, want some pictures, and/or have questions.

Asking 600, local pick-up. For non-local purchases, 600 + shipping.
Thanks!

i bet the airwalk is actually a fun bike to ride, despite its ugliness and heaviness.

My GTB.

These are my commuter wheels. Sometimes I spoil myself and throw on some tubular box rims.
