TOC 21st finish @ Snow Summit
Planning a ride around the lake with a bump up to Onyx summit in the morning, not a Hammer fest and catch the finish live later in the day. Anyone else?

How early are you arriving at the finish? I'm thinking of riding up there that day and am curious about logistics.

I will be out there next week. I was planning on starting in the middle of Arrowhead and Big Bear.
Depending on what time I'm out there and how the logistics play out, wanted to either ride up to Snow Summit or if I'm there way too early, go up to SS and then back down and then up to Crestline area.
I'm still not sure of what to expect in terms of traffic, logistics, etc. I had some reconnaissance done a few days ago and my people tell me that there is a lot of traffic on the open roads with areas of little or no shoulder.

I'll be in the valley early on Friday. Going to ride the lake starting 8am with a bump up Onyx . According to the race log, finish will be between 3&5 according to the pace. Just playing by ear. Never posted here but had a line on one of the Blvd. condos near the finish but no interest amongst the people I ride with.

I'll be riding up on my Goldwing. I'll have a few extra bottles of cool water and some Clif bars, in case I see any of you guys in need. Look for the guy in the prison jumpsuit:

I'm going on the AToC tour for the whole week.
For this stage, I'll probably be hanging out at Mill Creek Summit like I did last year or somewhere up along 2.
I'll have beer and H2O if you find me out there.
PS My truck has my name on the plates and I'll have two labs with me, a chocolate and a yellow.
PSS That doesn't look like a GW to me.
