50s and 60s out here in Boston. I see no snow and I see bulbs poking through!
Anyone else see a few signs of an early spring?

Yup. I thought the snow and ice were all gone, but yesterday I rode a trail that goes by caves that spew cold air 12 months a year, and next to them (on the trail) there was ice. Very cool effect. I understand there are caves somewhere near me (Ulster County, NY) that have ice year round. I must find them.
