My ex-wife is Greek.
For 20yrs her relatives would try to get me to eat lamb especially during Greek Easter. The spread was always amazing!
The lamb looked delicious roasting in the spit but the smell turned me off. I was given the best cuts hot off the grill with the promise that there was no after taste. They even squirted lots of fresh lemon juice on it. Nothing ever got past my taste buds so they stopped wasting good lamb on me.....but I digress.
