big fan of manual
have a smaller ‘compact’ model - but this larger size better accommodates full finger gloves during cold weather rides

The mountain morph came in, a day early. It fits nicely in my hydration pack. So, barring a message from Bob tonight, tomorrow morning it is. We are currently in a cool front with record highs immediately to follow.
I’m a noob in the mtb scene. Can any hydration pack been be called a camelback, like any tissue can be called a kleenex?
And, generally speaking, is there any problem with putting ice water in the bladder?

I just looked at an 86 Land Rover Defender 90 to be certified for this states emission program. Likely the nicest one of seen, to be honest. They come out of Florida, and are gorgeous. This one has a 2017 Corvette 6.2 in it, and unfortunately, it's missing some equipment to allow it to be tested.

ice cubes should not be a problem - recall some guys stored their camelbak bladder in the freezer between rides (to avoid nasty bacteria / frequent cleaning)

one morning we spotted a dead / torn up raccoon in the back of our property - neighbor said probably a coyote … mrs t2p not thrilled to hear this - especially with two little t2p’s at the time … littlest t2p was two or so at the time … neighbor said ‘don’t worry - you probably will never see one - they are elusive’ …
a week or so later a coyote goes past late morning - not far from the house - with something in it’s mouth

Flew to Boston today. Travelling for business means you stay in a fairly generic hotel, someplace fairly generic, and you usually end up eating in places that are fairly generic. So, here I am in Boston, a place I''ve only ever been once before (also on business), and I could be in Oklahoma City, for all the difference I see.
On the plus side, the brand new reproduction Shimano Sante brake lever hoods have now been ordered and as soon as they arrive, I'll put the new Cinelli stem, the Highway One bar, and the brake levers with the new hoods on the Circuit, and with luck it'll be wonderful.

Current winds are 29 mph gusting to 35 mph. My wife wanted to ride because the next few days look even worse and we’re headed to Europe next week so, she got me up early to head out when the winds were only 15 gusting to 22 for a short tandem ride.

Seaport area, but in the big convention and hotel area. I did walk down from Summer street down into the actual Seaport area. I swear every intersection has too many streets. Between that and Summer Street being raised by - what, 30 feet? above the surrounding area, I figures I could get lost in 3 dimensions!

Today the ride leader for the Tuesday ride couldn't go so I joined the Tuesday ride put on by club #2. About 30 riders showed up which is amazing. Only 30 miles but a great route with some nice climbs and very little traffic. I had done part of these roads before but some of them are new and some went through industrial areas. Had a really fun time and was not ready for it to end.

I was dumb enough to keep smoking those things until I was 33. Even carried them on the bike when I started road riding. I think they were over $1.25 a pack by then.
I knew some smokers who were club riders. One of them was pretty fast, too. He was one of those super hyper-active guys and was a hoot to ride with. He would hide and smoke a Camel when we stopped for snacks.

I went looking for the Amstel women’s race and , not finding it, went for the tour of Guatemala. There was a steady band of advertisements running across the bottom of the screen, and plenty of spoken ads as well. No rhanks. I was looking forward to seeing the countryside. I guess I could turn off the volume.
