Nicely made lugs, and tubulars, as well. Are you sure you know what you're getting into??

I'm no expert but I have worked my share of old Peugeot's but I have never seen one with center mounted sun-tour shifters or any Suntour for that matter and those lugs don't look like entry level Peugeot lugs also as noted above they did their pump pegs differently

Regarding the suggestion of a Jeunet identification -
The frame's NERVEX lugset differs from what was found on boom era Jeunets. If a Jeunet it may be slightly earlier. It's T.A. five pin chainset would be consistent with the 630 model. Below is an image of a 1972 model 630 so you can see the difference in the frame's lugset.
Found an early 1960's Jeunet catalogue which is likely a bit early for the subject bicycle. The quality road models of the time range from Nr. 116 to Nr. 119. Unfortunately the images do not avail us of enough detail to be of a great deal of help...
The frame's NERVEX lugset exhibits a combination of feature cut and nozzle cut not often encountered. The feature cut resembles a Professional with the lips removed while the nozzle cut looks to be Nr. 161.
Thinking that if the bicycle is a Jeunet it is likely a model 630, or equivalent, from the second half of the 1960's. Would expect frame's dropouts to be Juy model 881/881 B.
The frame's pump pegs mentioned in an earlier post are NERVEX item Nr. 2400.

Here is the frame's lugset seen on a Motobecane Grand Record -
Not asserting a Motobecane identification. AFAIK they never employed this crown nor these pump pegs. The MB in the photo is wearing a Vagner DP+ crown and our subject machine looks to wearing a Vagner model PL.
