Constant tinkerer
No rear derailer hanger, threaded headset + suspension fork, thread-on freewheel, bolt-on rear wheel, super cheesy single speed conversion... This is all adding up to BSO as i see it. I would pass unless you're after the crankset or you're getting it for free.

I can’t ID the frame, perhaps a powder coat of an old steel MTB that has been drewed. It’s odd that the seller would put a wheelset with cassette/freewheel on it. If you are thinking about buying this bike, I hope it is being sold dirt cheap.
