Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Call the company and ask questions and you decide how you feel about the company.

Anyone one with money can buy bikes and sell them, but few are actually knowledgeable or are in the business for th elong run to develop a product or even the sport.

Well my LBS sells Opus and when looking for a road bike I ended up with one.

I ended up with one of these:
Opus Andante

All I can say is I like the bike and it works for me.

The company is fairly new (3 years old according to my LBS) They were formed by someone from the leading bike/bike parts supplier in Canada.

The bike had a decent component mix and decent price and I like the ride.

All in all, try it out. Talk to some bike stores. They should be able to tell you more than I ever could

lnical.

the '87 Opus is a rare find these day's. Goes great with almost any food and a steal at $400 per bottle.
