Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Sorry I posted a lot tonight... I am just so excited in getting a Fixie... I couldn't find ANY body to talk to locally and now I have.... I will be a bit more reserved in the future.

Nah. We were joking. Seriously. Post as much as you want- it's a free forum and a free country, and seriously, there is NOTHING to apologize for. We're all about free exchange of info, and it's refreshing to get a new point of view and get some new questions. Please continue to post as much and as often as you wish. You're very welcome here on the forums!

Yea, keep posting. We like to hear your dribble. But shut the **** up once in a while, ok? Because we also need breaks from your dribble. But then again, we need entertainment when we are taking a break, so keep up the dribble. But puntuate it with long periods of silence. That's mysterious.

How many third graders did you have to beat up to get one of them to give you that comeback?

I wasn't "beating them up," I was defending you from them. When I arrived, you were crying so much that your assailants were slipping in your puddle of tears as they tried to kick you in the head.

I like how you equate 'fighting' to screaming while a 7 year old punches you in the face. Teachers sure are creative.
