Di2 Front Derailleur getting stuck after changing chainrings
Have a Di2 road bike whose front mech is not shifting into the large cog (see video link below). The front derailleur makes a ticking sound as if it's getting stuck on something, though I can't tell on what. The Di2 setup is on tarmac (2018) that ran beautifully with the same groupset for 3 years. The bike shop, who I trust, changed the chainrings to an FSA version of the same size before the issue occurred, though I doubt that is the cause.

l already tried the following with no luck:
+ Updating and Resetting the system
+ Recharging the battery (it's green)
+ Adjusting the H/L manually & using the electronic adjustments.

Does it do the same thing if you...
a. turn the crank when changing.
b. remove the chain and change.

re: A) When I turn the crank while changing, the exact same thing happens. The chain doesn't move enough to shift to the big, and so the derailur shifts back to little then autotrims.
re: B) Will check what what happens when I remove the chain.

I removed the chain, and the same issue continues as shown in the video. The derailur makes the clicking sounds and remains stuck in little.

With the chain off try the following 4 tests .....
a. Return your FD E-TUBE settings to Zero
This assumes you’ve not cranked down on the mechanical stop(s).
b. Hold shift lever in big ring position, do not release.
c. Shift while placing some pressure to help it move. I’d suggest some string, rather than squashing fingers.
d. Pop the cable to force reboot of FD
best of luck
