I just answered a call from a 512 number thinking it was one of the repair people. Turns out it was a cold call hoping I’d list my house with them.
Of note, the only person here who knows we’re really leaving is… the woman who will get the listing, when that time comes.

I know somebody who might be interested if within the next couple months.

I think that’ll be sooner than she does, but know better than to say that. In any case, the sale is some time off. First she has to start new job, then we can start seriously looking in FoCo, then set up there, then officially move and sell.

Small back yard, and not until next year. We’ll be keeping this one until AG firmly doesn’t want to come back for periods to work with her team in person.

Don't forget the rule that we leave the place in no worse condition than we found it, so no enticing Vols to move here. Got it?

What I don't like about 50/34 is how often I have to shift the front, because it seems like the crossover is in the speed zone where I mostly ride. With the 52/36, it's a lot less often, maybe just a bit more than with 53/39.
I have 52/42 on a couple of my C&V bikes, which is only tolerable with a 13-26 cluster.

I thought the rule was to toss in a lit match as you leave and get the hell out of there fast? F*** 'em if they can't take a joke.

Freshly cleaned. scrubbed each spoke, scrubbed the rims (not the brake area).
Threw 28s on it. Looks like on the rear I could put a 32. The front would be tight but I still have some space.
Put a more aggressive stem on it and dropped it another 5mm. Stem length is 100 (thanks whyfi), but I want to go longer. With the longer stem I will prolly bump it back up 5mm.
First things first is replacing the stem on the cervelo. That has a 120mm and I would like to go 130mm plus some more drop than 6 degrees. I would then throw the 120 onto the ritchey.

Nope, though I did venture into Roane County yesterday. #Quasi-Travel
If I had strava'd I would have added three miles to the running leaderboard this eve.

Nice looking bike! The black R8000 kit works with Ti. This week I'm going to spend the evenings tearing down/building up the Litespeed with R8000. For now, I'm sticking with the 7410 crank. I'm planning to get an R8000 one, but I haven't decided between 52/36 and 53/39. SO I'm going to see how I like 53/39 x 11-32, compared to the 52/36 x 11-34 on the Canyon.
Oh, I also recently went from 48/34 x 11/32 to 52/36 x 11/32. It is a bit harder when things get steep and muscle memory is still adapting to shifting two cogs in the back per chainring change vs one, but the overall drivetrain feels smoother.

were you ascared on the way up (at ~5000 ft to the top) with the view on the left side of the road? I'm a little afraid of heights and I found it scary. It's a long way down!

I'm always super careful pulling out of a car wash or a gas station after filling up.
No time is a good one to be in a car wreck, but in a clean car or with a full tank of gas would just make it that much worse.
