Glad you are OK , most of us have been “down” and it ain’t no fun. Most of the time it happens quickly and can be very serious. In 50 years of cycling I don’t even care to think about the times I had to get up after a spill. Thankfully if we don’t get too messed up , we heal and get back on our bikes.

Two weeks after my crash, I can't say I'm all better, but I'm much better and my lingering injuries are not affecting my cycling, so I'm back to my old routine and rode more than 100 miles last week. Thanks to all who offered encouragement.
