Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Fork upgrade frame geometry help

So I have a Merlin Solis Ti XL 58cm from 2006 and the front fork has a crack in it so I've decided it's upgrade time but I really want to run a 28c tire if I'm buying a new fork. I've got a couple different options but I'm unsure how they might change the geometry or handling of the bike hopefully someone here with more knowledge than me can chime in.

Current fork is a Ritchey with a 43mm offset and Axle to Crown of 367mm.

The fork I want to replace it with is 45mm offset with Axle to Crown of 370mm. How much will this affect my handling?
