SRAM Red Front Shifter Rebuild

I've recently begun having some issues w/ my SRAM Red front shifter. The shifter is approximately 2012 (maybe 2010?) vintage. Front shifter is a 2x.

Issue:

It will occasionally pop out of the inner trim position and into the small ring. Upshifts always work fine, and the outer trim position always holds just fine. I assume that the gear/teeth that hold it in the inner position have begun to wear.

So, does anyone know if rebuild parts for the shifter mechanism are available? I can find replacement levers (both shift and brake), but haven't been successful in finding actual mechanism parts.

try spilling it inside a WD 40 or similar lube. such shifters are eternal. it is unlikely to be broken. most likely the grease has dried up .

Ok, then what type of grease do you (or anyone) recommend to replace the dried-up grease once it's cleaned out?

White lithium grease spray, if needed. I usually just depend on what's in the WD-40 for my cheaper shifters. (By the way, this is the only place WD-40 ever goes near my bike.)

Any lightweight mineral oil ought to be good enough. WD-40, Tri-Flow, sewing machine oil, etc...The shifters may need an occasional refresh.

Most greases are too heavy, hard to install where it is actually needed & can often weaken or embrittle many plastics depending on compatibility.

It should be noted that WD-40 is a good "solvent" for many other lubricants. That's why it works so good for unsticking shifters.
