C&V Transaction Feedback Thread Part II

Newbie
Just a shout out to some great guys I have had exchanges with over the past few months...
Recently, @gugie @SwimmerMike @philpeugeot really came through in helping to get a reclamation Daccordi to gugie. Unbelievable generosity on all parts. Thank you.
@Mad Honk for the still unbuilt "Trixie Trek" that gives me stink eye every time I walk past it.
For purchases, I think half of my monthly budget goes to @hazetguy @Brewsmith and @deux jambes @Force Great guys to deal with!
For re-homing, great interactions with @BFisher @Drillium Dude @Catnap @thedriveside @mstateglfr
If I missed anyone, sorry!!!!

hazetguy AAAAA+
A few years back @hazetguy fixed me up with a hard to find Campy Veloce triple FD for the Compe Triple I used on my early 80's DeRosa build. Worked perfectly and solved the FD shifting problem plus fast delivery and the price was GREAT. Never got around to thanking him....
THANKS

Great Transaction with Force
A quick shoutout to Force for a fantastic experience in purchasing his lovely Motobecane Grand Record frameset and associated accessories. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and as others have noted, the packing job was incredible. Truly an object lesson on how to to ship a bike frame across the country.
His communications were always very timely and friendly, and he made me a terrific deal on a frame that I've been trying to find for a while. He's a first rate guy, and I look forward to dealing with him in the future. If all of my bearings could be as friction-free as this transaction, I'd be in great shape. A build thread will be on the way sometime soon.

Buy with confidence from deux jambes. I bought a pair of Bruce Gordon toe clips, and they came fast and in good shape. He even threw in some cool old BG buttons. Thanks, Matt.

Double down on the hat tip to @deux jambes. Great deal on some sweet tires, quality tubes added for the bonus points. Thanks!

I had a great transaction with member jadmt for his set of Super Champion/Specialized wheels with Criterium Setas. He was very responsive and easy to deal with, and did an exceptional job of packing a pretty delicate set of wheels.

Chesini seatpost
Didn’t know this section was a thing or I’d have spoken up sooner.
Worked a transaction with road195 for a beautiful black Campy Super Record seatpost that I absolutely did not need, but couldn’t pass up even though I didn’t (still don’t) have a qualified bike to put it on.
Quick lil negotiation. Quick response. Quick shipping & nicely packed with care.
Humorous, friendly, informative, communicative, great items to purchase.
What more can you ask for?!

Big thanks to @OTS (RIck). He responded to my WTB a mixte add and hooked me up with a super nice condition Fuji Sagres. He did a great job packing it and shipped it fast. It got here in time for my wife's birthday. Thanks a ton.

I dragged malcala622 into a bit of a trainwreck when he offered to ship me some "NOS" rims from a seller in LA. Very grateful for his patience!

Big thank you to obrentharris for the, blasphemy of blasphemies, cutting open the bag to give us a better view of a NOS Fujita tire carrier. I’m going to continue the blasphemous behaviour and use it to defile a NOS Fujita saddle.
