I know that, on occasion, I've given some of yous the business about being old, dusty farts. I have to apologize, because it's not so funny when you start showing indisputable signs of aging yourself. I'm actually a little... concerned. You see, I was listening to some music while cooking, and Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain" came on... and I started singing along.
Ugh, I don't know how I'm going to cope with this.

Finally!
Change of address request to our new apartment submitted.
Maybe next week I can actually start living again. We got a little 800sqft 1bed/1bath apartment in the oldest neighborhood in Greenville. Going to take some adjusting and serious downsizing, but Mrs. abshipp is thrilled so I'm happy too

Headwinds were brutal, even on an e-bike, gusty crosswinds on one of the descents was "exciting".

Hello all, been absent from Addiction and from riding too for the most part. Working thru the pandemic has been grueling, that’s all I’ll say about that.
I heard recently from @datlas which has prompted me to post: Puppy Love herself has had a puppy! Well, two actually but one died. It was a complicated pregnancy in which she developed an inguinal hernia, a portion of her uterus was in the hernia and she fertilized an egg in the herniated portion of the uterus. For a little while had an embryo growing in the hernia but that embryo was eventually resorbed. So she had two puppies via csection (the csection was necessitated by the hernia), the one died at 6 days of age after 48hr of at-home neonatal ICU care by yourself truly. Oxygen, fluids, antibiotics, tube feedings. Tried really hard but the boy didn’t make it.
The girl puppy is named Smoke and she’s 16 days old today. She’s a hearty little thing. So cute. She just opened her eyes yesterday.

Only Fleetwood Mac song worth a **** is Tusk, and that's only because there's a marching band involved.

Two to three inches above the ankle. Should be getting a pair of sage green socks today to go with a jersey. I'd branch out from the navy more, but it's been hard to find socks around here.
Saw a guy Sunday that had socks up to his knees. Uh-huh, not doing that. Nosiree.
While we're at it, I like subtle kit - no team wear, fan wear, etc.

I'm still burning through 23's, and I run 75 and 80. With innertubes in them.
