Apple Watch sync text messages with garmin 1030?
Just picked up an Apple series 5 with cellular so I don’t have to carry my phone all the time. Is there anyway to Bluetooth the watch to the 1030 so my messages pop up on my garmin?
This should probably be in the electronics section, can a Mod move it please?

my buddy has the Apple Watch phone capabilities like you do. He has a 5 as well though I don’t think it matters. Anyways I tried to get his watch to work with my 1030 and with his 830 and his wife's 530 and all were a no go. If it has the capability we could not get it to work on any device.
I don’t think you can or apple wont let it happen but if someone else has a work around id like to know too. We didn’t try for more than an hour or so. Although with the virus lockdown its not like there is anything else to do.
