Bianchi Aluminum Race Bikes Inquiry
Hi all. So I'm building up what I hope to be an aluminum frame-based CRIT bike and I've focused in on a few interesting frames. But in searching around I've come across quite a few older Bianchi aluminum framed bikes. Very interesting to me. I saw an "M Pro" frame which looks nice So, can anyone educate me on which of Bianchi's aluminum farmed bikes were geared more toward racing, as opposed to endurance or everyday cycling? Thank you!

Thanks. The frame that I'm looking at is labelled as "M Pro Alloy 7000". I think the "M" stands for "Mega". Is this frame more along the lines of an endurance frame as opposed to a quick, stiff ride? If you know. I'm look for stiff, as opposed to comfort.

So I may have mentioned in another thread that the Bianchi Mega Pro Alloy 7000 is the same or similar to the frame Marco Pantani rode in the late 90's TDF and Giro. I saw a video from GCN comparing this Bianchi-framed bicycle to a modern carbon frame when it comes to climbing, and the Bianchi was only 2 seconds slower. I would imagine with 7005 aluminium alloy, that this frame is super light and very stiff.
