A great bike complete with great letters. I like the fork crown. I'm not sure I understood the British useage of the word "transplant". Are you going to refurbish the bike?

A friend and I in Spokane trade loads of stuff and it’s at his place, he has room. Our idea is to get rid of rust on the chrome bits and polish them up, but GENTLY clean the rest and leave the patina. I have a friend in Scotland who might enquire further. Oh, and we have the original wicker basket that the doctor carried her charts in!

Yeah, it seems like they were having a bit of fun with this. What are the plans? It look complete and sound enough to just clean it up, replace some consumables, and ride. A full-on rest would involve a lot of rechroming, etc.

Probably EvapoRust to bright parts and very gentle cleaning on the rest. The patina is half the show here
